Highview House is a 6 bedroom coastal retreat in the pretty village of Mundesley on the Norfolk Coast, home to one of Norfolk’s finest blue flag beaches. The house has 6 bedrooms spread over the top two floors.

Top Floor: 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room and stunning sea views; 1 superking bedroom (this can also be set up as 2 singles) with sink and sea views; 1 twin room.

First Floor: 2 triple rooms with 3 single beds (one with sea view, the other with en-suite loo); superking size bedroom (can be set up as 2 singles) with similar sea view and shower room. 2 communal bathrooms (one with separate shower and bath) on the first floor.

Downstairs there is a large lounge and a huge kitchen dining room both with doors out to the large enclosed back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers an integrated fridge freezer, an Aga plus separate electric hob. There is a further large American style fridge freezer in the games room.

Double doors take you out onto a large patio with outdoor dining for 14 people and a charcoal BBQ as well as a separate games room with pool table off the patio. There is also a shower room toilet and utility room (separate washing machine and dryer) on this floor.

A few minutes stroll down a quiet private road takes you to the park with the beach just a couple of minutes further. Mundesley has one of Norfolk’s finest Blue Flag beaches.
