A fantastic weekend in a beautiful house, we would certainly recommend this fantastic house and host!

We spent a wonderful family week at Highview House. There were 11 of us with an age range of 83 to a 5 month old, plus the dog. The house is beautifully decorated, cozy and so spacious, although we spent most of our time around the large dining table in the open plan kitchen area. The weather wasn’t great but the early mornings were still and clear and we enjoyed lovely walks on the beach (a 5 minute walk away) watching the sunrise. And lots of time in the hot tub which provided respite from the cold and was just so relaxing. All essentials are provided and more – bedlinen (duvets/duvet covers plus sheets and blankets etc), towels but also White Stuff shower gel and handcream, hot tub towels and even a lovely goody box to welcome us . Larissa was a great host and I highly recommend this house.

Gorgeous house, exactly as it looks in the photos, great views, nicely decorated, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, big kitchen/dining room, a great space for a large group of people to be able to relax.

We stayed over 4 days in August for my Dads 80th Birthday with various family members and friends dropping in and out. The location is great – lovely quiet garden and close enough to walk to the sea, beach, shops etc. Great outside area for bbq/alfresco eating and the hot tub was lush.

The house was well equipped with lots of towels, glasses, useful things we forgot like bottle openers! There are two big fridges and two dishwashers which was really handy with a lot of people. Larissa kept well in touch had we needed anything, which we didnt, everything was perfect!

We bought meat from the local butchers which was really good and the Chinese takeaway in the village was good.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay again!

Highview House exceeded all our expectations, we had a brilliant stay celebrating my 30th with friends and family. Larissa was extremely helpful and responsive, thanks again for such a wonderful stay!

Larissa’s house is just gorgeous. It’s really beautiful as well as being comfortable and well equipped. We were a party of 14 ranging in age from 3 to 83 and it suited us all. The younger kids loved playing on the big lawn in the garden, the older kids enjoyed the snooker table and the hot tub and the older members of the group were really happy sitting on the terrace or in the snug off the kitchen. We also all enjoyed being in walking distance of the beach. Larissa responded to any queries really quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

A wonderful few days spent at this magnificent house. A large family get together made perfect for all ages, from the hot tub and pool table for the kids, to the large open kitchen dining space for the grown ups and the 2 large TVs for kids and adults to have their own space. Great outdoor space for games and dining. All mod cons full catered for. Didn’t need for anything, even on the rainy episodes which punctuated, but didn’t spoil our stay. Only a 7 minute walk to a peaceful classically Norfolk beach with an excellent pub and chippy. Perfect in every way.

Beautiful Mundesley was exactly right for our family gathering. And Larissa’s beautiful house had everything we needed, generously provisioned and beautifully decorated. The brilliant weather meant we didn’t spend much time inside, but it was so spacious and cosy I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the winter.

We had a large group of us staying at the house and it was absolutely perfect, great communal areas with plenty of space to all hang out, stunning garden and super comfortable bedrooms. Bathrooms were all pristine and we never ran out of hot water despite 13 girls all getting ready at the same time! The hot tub was glorious and we learnt how to work an Aga too! We would definitely book again if we had a large group to go away. We had beautiful weather and Mundesley was the perfect place to be. Larissa, the host, was really helpful and friendly. I really couldn’t fault the whole weekend!

We had a fantastic family stay at Larissa’s place -ages ranges 2 -70 and the house and surrounding area was enjoyed by all. Hot tub, large garden and pool table were a hit with everyone!!

The house is beautifully styled and has everything we could have needed, especially appreciated the extra touches like welcome hamper, lovely hand wash and cream everywhere and towels for the hot tub perfectly placed by the door! The rooms are all large and beds all comfy. Bathrooms are beautifully done out (and there are many of them!!) with powerful, hot showers.

Mundesley is a beautiful part of the world, locals were very friendly and the area felt very safe. Perfect for any type of holiday or weekend away -we forgot normal life as soon as we stepped through the door.

Larissa was responsive and very helpful (even returning some clothes we left behind). Thank you Larissa for a lovely weekend.

We had a wonderful stay here at Larissa’s place in Mundsley. What a beautiful house to accommodate a large group of adults, children, babies, and dogs.

Larissa couldn’t have been more attentive, even prior to booking. No question was too much and check-in was made extremely simple, accommodating our early arrival.

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Well stocked and had everything you could possibly need for a long stay, although we were only there for the bank holiday weekend. A lovely little welcome package was provided. The games room and hot tub, books, and games were great additions to keep everyone entertained. The gorgeous outdoor space was fab to enjoy the beautiful weather, have a BBQ, and for the kids to play.

The house is only a very short 5-10 minute walk to Mundsley beach which is lovely and has a pub. There is also a really handy Tesco Express a 3 min drive away. The bedrooms were super comfy and spacious. Would highly recommend!
